The Port of Manchester is seeking an Espresso/Food vendor to operate in Manchester from approximately May to September (or longer, if successful).

Manchester is a great little water-front community in Port Orchard, WA. We have a small downtown area that has two restaurant/bars, a general store, Post Office, Library and a couple of other small businesses. There is no coffee shop or espresso stand here at this time, and we would like to see something get started. There is a small beach area with a park and a boat launch that is very active in the summer months. The Port of Manchester is considering allowing a vendor to set up on their property as a trial during the busy season.
