RESOLUTION NO. 1-07

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RONALD E. THOMPSON, ATTORNEY – AUDITOR OF THE PORT OF MANCHESTER FOR THE YEAR 2007

WHEREAS, the Port of Manchester deems it appropriate to obtain the services of an attorney and an auditor in performing its legal and auditing functions and requirements, and

WHEREAS, Ronald E. Thompson is a practicing attorney who has represented the Port as Attorney-Auditor for many years, and

WHEREAS, it is desired to retain the services of Ronald E. Thompson for the year 2007 to perform the services of Attorney and Auditor for the Port,

NOW THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

Ronald E. Thompson is hereby appointed as Attorney-Auditor for the Port of Manchester for the year 2007 on a retainer that has been agreed upon by the Port and by Ronald E. Thompson, which includes all legal and accounting/auditing services excepting litigation and costs.
