The undersigned declares he or she is a legal resident of an area encompassing precinct 222 {Woodridge}, precinct 246 {Locker}, and precinct 247 {Ebbert}, State of Washington, an area desiring to be annexed to the Port of Manchester under the laws of the State of Washington [RCW 53.04.085], and further declares that he or she is a registered voter in the State of Washington as provided in the election laws of the State, and is seeking the commissioners of the Port of Manchester to petition the Kitsap County commissioners to annex precinct 222 {Woodridge}, precinct 246 {Locker}; and precinct 247 {Ebbert} to the area encompassing the Port of Manchester as provided in the annexation laws (RCW Chapter 53.04).
